Silicon Silk UK – Customer Complaint Policys

The Scope of the Procedure

The purpose of this procedure is to provide customers with information how to file a complaint with Silicon Silk UK about payment service. The procedure includes the description of the steps to file a complaint with Silicon Silk as well as the internal complaint handling process. Further the customer is given information about their eligibility to file a complaint with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

General Complaint Process

To file a complaint about the payment service, please click on the “Contact us” button, which will lead you to the contact form. Complete the form with the description of your complaint, your email address, your name and the company name (if applicable). Internal Complaint Processing

Once we have received your complaint, we will initiate a complaint investigation process and will provide you with a final response within 15 business days after the complaint submission.

UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
